Sea bass is one of the UK's most enjoyed fish. With its meaty white flesh and delicate skin, it is very versatile and a perfect way to get those that aren't 100% sure on fish to start enjoying it (I know this to be true as we have a fish dodger here in this household!) Its versatility knows no bounds! And it can perfectly hold its own with big and small flavours. Whether you go Asian, Mediterranean or stick to classic flavours, you are in with a tasty one here! I have decided to share with you two of my favourite ways to prepare Sea bass. One classic french and very indulgent, and one fresh and vibrant with lime and chilli. I hope you enjoy them!
