All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Any date on our calendar can be booked (even dates into the following year) the voucher just needs to be redeemed before the expiry date.

We offer two types of vouchers - e-gift cards which are emailed and physical vouchers which are hand-produced and posted. For e-gift cards, the long code needs to be entered into the "Gift Card" section on our checkout. For physical gift vouchers, the short code needs to be entered into the "Add A Promo Code" box on our checkout

Our e-gift cards can be reedeemed and amounts can be split easily across bookings, for physical gift cards we will need you to contact us so we can manually split the balance for you.
