What’s Included (Class Bookings)

Ingredients, utensils, knives, equipment, and aprons are provided for all classes. In most cases, you’ll enjoy eating what you’ve cooked for lunch or supper.

Skill Levels

Our tutors pride themselves on being able to teach anyone, even if you’ve never picked up a pan. If you’re more experienced, we’ll make sure you leave with new techniques and skills to take home.

  • Wear sensible clothing (not your Sunday best). We are not liable for any damage to clothing.

  • Long hair must be tied back in the kitchen.

  • A short health and safety briefing will be given before your class begins.

Special Dietary Requirements, Allergies & Illness

  • Many of our classes can be adapted to suit dietary requirements. Where possible, this is indicated on the class page with symbols: Vegetarian (V), Vegan (VV), Gluten Free (GF).

  • We must be informed in advance of any allergies, intolerances, or medical conditions (including but not limited to diabetes, coeliac disease, gluten intolerance, pregnancy, epilepsy).

  • Reschedule requests within 14 days of the class will incur a £20 admin fee per person.
