Greens and Feta Frittata Recipe

With the weather getting warmer we are enjoying some lighter meals here in the DCS household. We had this Frittata last night with chorizo sausages and a little salad and had enough leftover for lunch! Its great eaten hot or cold so it makes a great lunchbox alternative.

This Frittata is PACKED full of green veggies and topped with nice salty feta. I had some wild garlic pesto in the fridge that i also added to the top of mine. You can use any veggies you want for this, a frittata is a GREAT way to clear out veg from the fridge! I try to use every scrap in the fridge if I can and it will normally end up in a Frittata, pasta bake or fried rice!
