Move aside Empanada! There is a new Mexican snack in town. Not many people will have heard of these. And it can be a faff to make your own dough. But I can GUARANTEE they are a crowd pleaser and so worth the effort! So much so that when I made these at the Foodies Fest the entire crowd wanted a nibble, and we only just had enough! You can swap out the chicken and chorizo for veggie ingredients such as mushrooms and peppers for those of you that don't eat meat. These are also naturally gluten free!
