Nduja Mac and Cheese

Nothing quite beats a massive bowl of cheesy pasta. This mac and cheese is a big hit in this household and the sauce also freezes really well! Its super gooey with a bit of spice from the Nduja paste, topped with breadcrumbs and finished in the oven. I use the pre grated packs of cheese for this but you could grate it yourself. And feel free to use all manners of cheese!
