Whilst delicious at any time of year, especially with a bottle of red wine, an ooey gooey melty camembert with added natural flavours is the ultimate treat at Christmas. It's perfect in-between Christmas and New Year when you might have overdone the chocolate and fancy something savoury that almost feels like a meal.
Share it at the dinner table with the whole gang, or pop it on the coffee table for a catch up with a friend, we think camembert goes best with a fresh loaf of bread - although whether tiger bread is better or a sourdough is a topic of hot debate here at Devon Cookery School. You can also serve with crackers, grapes and a chilli onion chutney for added oomph.
