Thai Street Food

Cook Panang beef curry, sweetcorn fritters and a chopped Thai salad (V)

89 British pounds

About This Class

Thai street food is all about balance: salty, sweet, sour and spicy working together in every mouthful. You'll make a Panang beef curry, thick and fragrant with peanut and lime leaf, richer and milder than a green or red curry, served with rice. Alongside it you'll fry crisp sweetcorn fritters and put together a chopped Thai salad that brings freshness and crunch to the table. Along the way you'll learn how Thai cooks taste and adjust as they go, so you can bring the same balance to your own cooking. Dietary Info: Suitable for vegetarians, with smoky tofu in place of beef. Contains peanuts. Please contact us about vegan or gluten-free requirements before booking.
