About This Class
Let us take you on a trip around Thai cuisine! Thai food is a “taste-based” cuisine, where the key to success lies in balancing the four essential flavours: sour, sweet, salty and spicy. You’ll prepare Gaeng Kheow Wan Gai—a fragrant, creamy Thai green curry with chicken, perfectly paired with steamed jasmine rice.
