You’ll begin with spanakopita, learning to layer crisp filo pastry around a spinach and feta filling for a golden, flaky pie. Next, build your own hearty veggie burger designed for the grill—packed with flavour, perfectly structured, and anything but boring. Finally, enjoy a demo of silky baba ghanoush, discovering how roasting and blending aubergine transforms it into a smoky, versatile dip. Along the way, you’ll pick up skills for seasoning, balancing textures, and making the best of summer vegetables. Come hungry, leave inspired—and take home your creations too.
