Discover the secrets to cooking the perfect steak. We’ll show you how to pick the best cuts and share tips on how to keep your steak tender, juicy and full of flavour. Alongside showing these steaks we will also introduce you to a few different sauces to accompany them. -Fiery Peppercorn -Argentinian Chimichurri -Creamy Stilton Sauce -Classic Rosemary Beurre Noisette Once you're all fired up about beef, you'll then cook your own steak, and then will sit to enjoy the fruits of your labour with a variety of accompaniments and maybe a cheeky glass of wine. What you will be making • You will cook your own steak with a choice of sauce Techniques Learnt • How to buy a good steak • The differences between different cuts of steak • Flavourings and sauces • Pan frying and searing Everything that you prepare will be either eaten for lunch/dinner or can be taken home, so we recommend that you bring a cool bag if you are travelling far. We will provide eco friendly takeaway containers for you to pack your items into should you have anything to take home. Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your booking for a full refund up to 72 hours before the date and time of the class. Cancellations between 25-72 hours before the class may be rescheduled to a different date/time of the same class. Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the class date/time may not receive a refund nor a transfer. When you register for a class, you agree to these terms.
