About This Class
Fresh pasta is incredibly quick to make once you know how, and homemade filled pasta is a joy to make and eat. Starting with making a super stretchy pasta dough, you will then be shown how to roll using a pasta machine. We will create a delicious seasonal filling that you’ll use to create two to three different types of filled pasta. Finally, you’ll serve it up with a deceptively simple sauce for the ultimate Italian treat. You will be making -Your own pasta from scratch with a seasonal filling and a simple sauce Techniques learnt -How to create a perfect pasta dough -Kneading -Pasta rolling using a machine -Different types of filling -How to perfectly cook the pasta -A simple but delicious sauce Everything that you prepare will be either eaten for lunch/dinner or can be taken home. We are actively trying to cut back on single use containers as much as we can!
