About This Class

This class is perfect for young chocolate enthusiasts eager to learn the art of baking and confectionery. Designed for kids aged 8-12, this session will guide them through two exciting chocolate-based creations. Children will begin by preparing a light and fluffy chocolate sponge, learning essential mixing and baking techniques. They’ll then spread a rich, creamy filling before carefully rolling it into the perfect Swiss roll. Next, kids will explore the art of chocolate molding as they shape, decorate, and wrap their very own chocolate coins. These sweet creations can be taken home to share or enjoy as a well-earned treat. This class allows kids to express their creativity, not only by baking but also by personalizing their Swiss rolls and designing their chocolate coins in unique and imaginative ways. Dietary Info: Contains gluten and dairy. Suitable for vegetarians (V).
