About This Class

Fresh pasta is incredibly quick to make once you know how, and homemade filled pasta is a joy to make and eat. Starting with making a super stretchy pasta dough, you will then be shown how to roll using a pasta machine. We will create a delicious seasonal filling that you’ll use to create two to three different types of filled pasta. Finally, you’ll serve it up with a deceptively simple sauce for the ultimate Italian treat. You will be making -Your own pasta from scratch with a seasonal filling and a simple sauce Techniques learnt -How to create a perfect pasta dough -Kneading -Pasta rolling using a machine -Different types of filling -How to perfectly cook the pasta -A simple but delicious sauce Everything that you prepare will be either eaten for lunch/dinner or can be taken home, so we recommend that you bring a cool bag if you are travelling far. We will provide eco friendly takeaway containers for you to pack your items into should you have anything to take home. Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your booking for a full refund up to 72 hours before the date and time of the class. Cancellations between 25-72 hours before the class may be rescheduled to a different date/time of the same class. Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the class date/time may not receive a refund nor a transfer. When you register for a class, you agree to these terms.
