About This Class
This class focuses on how to get the most out of 3 different delicious fillets of fish. Fish can be expensive, and we know you want to get the best results! We will learn the secrets behind the perfect pan fried fillet, the healthy and melt in the mouth steamed fillet, and crunchy but succulent bread crumbed goujons. Once you have prepared your fillets you will learn how to cook them, along with perfect accompanying sauces to inspire your mid week meals. What you will make: • Steamed Sea Bass with Asian dressing • Pan fried Sea Bass, pernod butter sauce, spinach & sautéed new potatoes (This will be your lunch) • Home-made mayonnaise and goujons. Techniques Learnt: • How to prepare flat and round fish fillets • Homemade mayonnaise • Paneed Goujons (fish in breadcrumbs) • Butter Sauce • Steaming and Pan frying fish UPCOMING CLASSES -Sunday 15th January -Wednesday 1st March -Thursday 20th April -Sunday 30th July Everything that you prepare will be either eaten for lunch or will be taken home, so we recommend that you bring a cool bag if you are travelling far. We will provide eco friendly takeaway containers for you to pack your items into should you have anything to take home.
