About This Class

This class focuses on how to get the most out of 3 different delicious fillets of fish. Fish can be expensive, and we know you want to get the best results! We will learn the secrets behind the perfect pan fried fillet, the healthy and melt in the mouth steamed fillet, and crunchy but succulent bread crumbed goujons. Your chef will demo how to fillet both a round fish (Sea Bass) and a flat fish (Plaice). Teaching you all about what to look for when buying fish and preparing it for cooking. You will then prepare your own fillets and learn how to cook them, along with perfect accompanying sauces to inspire your mid week meals. What you will learn: • Steamed Sea Bass with Asian dressing • Pan fried Sea Bass, pernod butter sauce, spinach & sautéed new potatoes (This will be your lunch) • Golden and crunchy plaice goujons.
