During this class, you’ll master the core knife techniques every cook should know — from precise dicing and slicing to safely deboning a chicken leg — and then put it all into practice by cooking up a delicious Garlic, Ginger & Soy Chicken Stir Fry to enjoy at the end of the class. We will also cover important information how to hold, use, and care for your knife properly. By the end of the session, you’ll have a brand-new confidence with your knife, a heap of pro tips, and a tasty meal to show for it!
