In this seasonal class, you’ll reimagine a classic favourite with our irresistible Cherry Bakewell Hot-Cross Buns — soft, spiced dough studded with juicy cherries, layered with almond frangipane flavour, and finished with a glossy glaze. As they bake, the scent of warm spice and toasted almonds will fill the kitchen. Next, we’ll turn up the decadence with Salted Caramel Cornflake Brownies — a rich, fudgy chocolate brownie base topped with a buttery salted caramel cornflake layer. The caramel is folded through the cornflakes before being spread generously over the brownie, creating the perfect contrast of textures: crisp and chewy on top, soft and deeply chocolatey beneath. Expect bold flavour and satisfying crunch in every bite. To complete the experience, our chefs will demonstrate how to make fresh butter from scratch. You’ll see just how simple and satisfying it is to transform cream into silky, golden butter — perfect for slathering onto your warm hot-cross buns straight from the oven. This class is all about celebrating tradition with a creative twist, building confidence in enriched doughs and indulgent traybakes, and leaving with a box of handmade Easter bakes to share (or keep all to yourself!).
