There’s nothing quite like the aroma of freshly fried doughnuts—golden, airy, and rolled in sugar while still warm. In this indulgent, hands-on class, you’ll learn how to create three bakery-style doughnuts from scratch, each with its own delicious twist. We’ll guide you through mixing, kneading, and proving enriched dough to achieve that perfectly soft, pillowy texture. Once your dough is light and ready, you’ll shape and fry it to golden perfection before moving on to the creative (and most satisfying!) part—filling and decorating. First, you’ll craft a decadent Tiramisu Doughnut, filled with silky chocolate and coffee cream and finished with a dark chocolate top. Then, master the timeless Cinnamon Ring Doughnut—crisp on the outside, fluffy within, and generously coated in warming cinnamon sugar. Finally, create our indulgent Toffee Apple Crumble Doughnut, packed with spiced apple compote and crowned with buttery crumble and luscious toffee glaze. Along the way, you’ll learn professional piping techniques, how to achieve consistent frying results, and tips for storing and serving your doughnuts at their very best. By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a box of handmade treats—no single-use plastic in sight—ready to share (or keep all to yourself!).
