About This Class

Dinner parties needn't be a stressful experience. This course is all about teaching you delicious dishes that you can prep in advance, ensuring that you deliver a smooth dinner party no matter the menu or occasion. We are firm believers that dinner parties should be an enjoyable experience and not a chore. We want to make this class as seasonal as possible, and this menu will be subject to change accordingly. But here are some examples of what the meals may look like: Canapes (Demo by Tutor) – It is important to give variety, your chef will demo 1 meat, 1 fish and 1 vegetarian canape! Delicious bite size treats to get those taste buds ready! Starters - Spring/ Summer -Torched peach and burrata salad with vibrant basil oil Autumn Winter – Celeriac/ Squash Velouté with Crispy Sage Mains - Spring/ Summer – Chicken Ballotine, Spiced Carrot Puree, Asparagus, and Seasonal new Potatoes Autumn/Winter – Lamb Rump, Dauphinoise, Minted Pea Puree, Heritage Carrots Desserts – Spring/ Summer – Lemon Posset and Thyme Shortbread Autumn/ Winter – Chocolate Fondant Everything that you prepare will be either eaten for lunch/dinner or can be taken home. We are actively trying to cut back on single use containers as much as we can! Please help us by bringing your own takeaway containers for leftovers. You will be making: • A 3-course meal in a fun and stress free environment!
