About This Class

Get ready to embark on a delectable journey through the changing seasons in our Dessert Delights class. Discover the magic of crafting exquisite desserts that capture the essence of each time of year, from cosy winter indulgences to refreshing summer sensations. Dive into the world of flavour pairing, experiment with textures, and uncover the techniques that transform ordinary ingredients into extraordinary sweets. Led by our experienced tutors you will create 2 delectable desserts to take home to share (or not!). You will make: Spring/Summer • Pavlova with Crème Chantilly and Compote • Summer Fruit Pudding • Lemon Curd (Demo) Autumn/ Winter • Sticky Toffee Pudding w/ Toffee Sauce • Chocolate Mousse Crème Anglaise - Demo Everything that you prepare will be either eaten for lunch or will be taken home. We can provide takeaway containers for you to pack your items into should you have anything to take home, but we do suggest you bring your own if possible!
