We’ll start with marinating and cooking tandoori chicken legs, learning the secrets to deep, smoky flavour with the perfect spice balance. Next, you’ll prepare crisp and golden vegetable samosas, folding and frying them to get that satisfying crunch. To complete the feast, you’ll make a rich and versatile masala sauce—perfect for dipping, pouring, or using with other dishes. We’ll also demo a fresh mint and coriander chutney, the ultimate cooling partner to your spicy creations. By the end, you’ll have a full plate of Indian-inspired favourites, packed with colour and flavour.
