About This Class

This class is all about creating impressive yet approachable festive food that’s full of flavour and fun to make. Whether you're hosting a Christmas drinks night or looking to upgrade your nibbles game, you’ll leave with a trio of crowd-pleasers. We’ll start by baking buttery, moreish Cheese Biscuits, packed with savoury depth and perfect for pairing with festive tipples. Next, we’ll craft a show-stopping Sausage Roll Wreath, using flakey puff pastry and creating a deliciously seasoned filling—ideal for the centre of any Christmas spread. Finally, we’ll whip up Gourmet Popcorn with a choice of 3 fantastic flavourings, showing you just how easy it is to elevate this classic snack into something a bit special.
