This class is perfect for anyone who loves the idea of homemade bakes, dazzling dessert tables, or simply learning a new baking skill in time for Christmas. Guided by our expert Chefs, you'll learn how to create crisp, chewy macaron shells using the french meringue method—ideal for reliable results and a glossy finish. You’ll then move on to piping, baking, and sandwiching your shells with a range of festive fillings. We’ll also show you how to decorate your macarons for maximum Christmas sparkle. What You Will Be Making: • Macaron shells using the meringue method • Festive fillings including ganache and buttercream • Edible decorations for a Christmas-themed finish Skills: • Mastering the meringue method • Piping and shaping macaron shells • Making flavoured ganache and buttercreams • Decorating with edible colours and textures • Storing and presenting macarons for gifts What You Will Take Home: A box of beautifully decorated festive macarons. Everything you make will be enjoyed during the class or taken home. We ask that you please bring your own containers to help reduce single-use packaging.
