Next, master the essential Egg Fried Rice. Light, fluffy grains tossed with egg and aromatics may seem simple, but we’ll show you the techniques that prevent clumping and ensure perfectly separated rice every time—no soggy takeaway tubs here. Finally, you’ll create crispy, golden Prawn Toast. Spread with a seasoned prawn mixture and fried until irresistibly crunchy, this classic starter delivers satisfying texture and big flavour.
