About This Class

Hone your culinary prowess and turn your primal instincts to meaty masterpieces. This half day class is perfect for those of you that want to perfect your meat cooking skills and even learn new ones! Starting off with rack of lamb you will learn how to French trim and cook this delicious cut of meat to blushing perfection. We will then move on to pork tenderloin, a notoriously tricky cut known to dry out very quickly, but not this time! Pan fried with herbs and butter and wonderfully tender, you will be re- creating these for family and friends over and over again! What you will make •French trimmed rack of lamb for 1 •Pan fried pork tenderloin Techniques learnt: •What to look for in specific cuts of me •How to french trim and score a rack of lamb •Cooking times and temperatures •Pan frying and searing •Seasoning Everything that you prepare will be either eaten for lunch/dinner or can be taken home, so we recommend that you bring a cool bag if you are travelling far. We will provide eco friendly takeaway containers for you to pack your items into should you have anything to take home. Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your booking for a full refund up to 72 hours before the date and time of the class. Cancellations between 25-72 hours before the class may be rescheduled to a different date/time of the same class. Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the class date/time may not receive a refund nor a transfer. When you register for a class, you agree to these terms.
