About This Class

If you’d like to learn how to use your knives confidently when cooking at home then join us for a half day knife skills class. You will be shown the essential skills, techniques and knife cuts on the day by an expert chef. It will transform your cooking experience back in your own kitchen, speeding up preparation time and knowing how to use knives safely Lesson can be adapted for vegetarian and vegan diets and for those who cannot consume gluten. Please state if you are any of these upon booking. You will learn to use the correct knife with confidence to undertake kitchen tasks that will no longer seem daunting. Following a detailed demonstration, the rest of the class is hands-on as you practice your skills. You will be making: • Chicken Noodle Dish with home-made marinade that you will eat for your lunch before going home Techniques Learnt: • Knife Skills • How to debone a chicken thigh • How to make and flavour a marinade Everything that you prepare will be either eaten for lunch or will be taken home, so we recommend that you bring a cool bag if you are travelling far. We will provide eco friendly takeaway containers for you to pack your items into should you have anything to take home. Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your booking for a full refund up to 72 hours before the date and time of the class. Cancellations between 25-72 hours before the class may be rescheduled to a different date/time of the same class. Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the class date/time may not receive a refund nor a transfer. When you register for a class, you agree to these terms.
