Perfectly Pan-Fried Fish In this class we will concentrate on how to perfectly prepare and pan fry a fillet of seabass. We will also accompany this with a delicious butter sauce (with a dash of pernod if you feel adventurous), wilted spinach, potatoes and asparagus en papilotte (Herby new potatoes steamed in baking paper with asparagus) This is the perfect course for fish lovers that are a little hesitant to cook it for fear of messing up. Fish can be expensive and you want to treat it with the respect it deserves! We will also discuss other methods of cooking fish and lots of other helpful tips and tricks. You will end up with a beautiful dinner, a lot of new cooking confidence and a little social time with your fellow attendees. What you will learn: - How to perfectly pan fry a fish fillet - How to create a delicious and lip-smacking butter sauce - What to look for when buying fish - Other cooking techniques - Lots of other Cheffy tips and Tricks Upon booking you will receive am email containing a zoom link. Cancellations between 25-72 hours before the class may be rescheduled to a different date/time of the same class.
