About This Class

We are very happy to announce that we will be teaming up with Peter Greig from Pipers Farm to bring you a truly wonderful experience day of cooking, butchery, farming and feasting! Starting off at the school, we will prepare a variety of seasonal side dishes and sauces for the evenings feast ( and more than likely some to take home!). Chef Jazzi will also show you how to create an amazing, melt in the mouth slow cooked harissa lamb shoulder. The second half of the afternoon will be spent with Peter, who will take you on the trailer on the back of the tractor for a trip around the farm, sharing his extensive knowledge on regenerative farming, native breeds and slow food. Completed with a sheep dog demo from one of Peters gorgeous sheep dogs, Spot. Finally, we will all meet back at the stables for nibbles and drinks, a bit of butchery shown by peter, and a fire pit feast cooked by Jazzi. Here we will regroup as the sun goes down and enjoy all of the wonderful produce that Devon has to offer. Price includes all food and drink for the day. If you have any allergies or intolerances please let us know upon booking. Everything that you prepare will be either eaten for dinner or will be taken home, so we recommend that you bring a cool bag if you are travelling far. We will provide eco friendly takeaway containers for you to pack your items into should you have anything to take home. Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your booking for a full refund up to 72 hours before the date and time of the class. Cancellations between 25-72 hours before the class may be rescheduled to a different date/time of the same class. Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the class date/time may not receive a refund nor a transfer. When you register for a class, you agree to these terms.
