About This Class

'Tis the season for entertaining and we appreciate it can be a little overwhelming, but nonetheless a very joyful time. Greet your guests with a steamy glass of mulled wine and put a smile on their face with our impressive festive nibbles! Everything that you prepare will be either eaten for lunch/dinner or can be taken home, so we recommend that you bring a cool bag if you are travelling far. We will provide responsibly sourced takeaway containers for you to pack your items into should you have any to take home. What you will make: - Pork and Cranberry Sausage Rolls - Tear and share rosemary dough balls with baked camembert, - Smoked Mackerel Pate and Crudites. - Mulled wine (this will be a demo for you to enjoy with your spread of festive delights! Techniques you will learn: - How to flavour regular sausage meat - Knife skills - Making a bread dough - Kneading - Mulled wine Everything that you prepare will be either eaten for lunch or will be taken home, so we recommend that you bring a cool bag if you are travelling far. We are actively trying to cut back on single use containers as much as we can! Please help us by bringing takeaway containers for leftovers/ any food you wish to take home with you.
