By incorporating tangy cheese, spicy jalapeño and smokey chorizo into the dough, these buns offer a delightful contrast of flavours that is sure to impress your family and friends. This recipe makes 12 pretty large buns. I cut mine open, toasted it up and enjoyed it with some cooling cream cheese! Or for the traditionalist toast it up and slather with some nice salty butter.
